Call For Abstract

The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of scientific abstracts. Authors are invited to submit abstracts under the following categories:

  • Neuro-Oncology
  • Cerebrovascular Surgery
  • Spine and Peripheral Nerve Surgery
  • Functional and Epilepsy Surgery
  • Neurotrauma and Craniofacial Reconstruction
  • Pituitary and Skull Base Surgery
  • Pain Surgery and Neuromodulation
  • Advances in Imaging and Neurosurgical Technology
  • Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Radiation Therapy
  • General Neurosurgery

Abstract submitters may select their preferred presentation format

Submission Of Abstracts

Please provide the details of all co-authors (name and affiliations). Ensure that all author information is entered correctly.

The abstract body text is limited to 300 words (approximately 1600 characters). Depending on whether the submission is a Research Abstract or a Case Report, the abstract should follow the format below:

  • Background / Introduction
  • Methods / Case Description
  • Results / Outcome
  • Conclusion

Please ensure that the abstract has been carefully reviewed and proofread before submission.

Abstracts must be submitted in English.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

Eligibility

Abstract submissions are invited from clinicians, researchers, and trainees in pediatric neurosurgery and related disciplines. All abstracts must be submitted in English and in PDF format.

General Information

  • Authors should only submit work if they, or a designated presenter, are committed to attending the Congress.
  • There is no limit to the number of abstracts an author may submit.
  • Abstracts must not contain advertising, trade names, or promotional content.

Abstract Format

  • Title
  • Authors and Affiliations
  • Keywords (3–5)
  • Background / Introduction
  • Methods / Case Description
  • Results / Outcome
  • Conclusion

Submission Requirements

  • Maximum word count: 250–300 words (excluding title and authors)
  • Maximum number of authors: 10 for research, 3 for case report/case series
  • Tables, figures, and references are not allowed
  • Abstract must be written in clear scientific English

Ethical Considerations

  • Ethical approval and/or patient consent must be obtained where applicable
  • Patient confidentiality must be strictly maintained

Originality & Disclosure

  • Abstracts must represent original work and not be previously published
  • Authors must disclose conflicts of interest

Review Process

The Scientific Committee will review all submitted abstracts. Authors may indicate preferred presentation format, but final decision rests with the Committee.

Important Notes

  • The presenting author must register for inclusion in the final program
  • No changes allowed after submission deadline
  • The Scientific Committee will not edit submissions
  • Authors are responsible for accuracy

Deadline & Withdrawal

Submission deadline is 31 October 2026. Withdrawal accepted via email before the deadline date.
